Few years ago , Asus entered in smartphone market , at that time it was just some brand.

Well, with time things changes , so did with Asus , as now its one of the players in the Smartphone Market , especially under the "Android" hood.

Zenfone series is truly a success , especially after Zenfone 2 and Zenfone 2 Series itself .

Last year , in Month of August at the Zen Festival , the company announced and showcased the Zenfone Max .
And now after many months , which is quite late , Zenfone Max finally joins the Zenfone family , and ready to compete smartphones with bigger battery capacities.

Recently , we did saw other Big Battery powered smartphones , the Lenovo Vibe P1 and Gionee Marathon M5 sporting 4900mAh and 6020mAh battery respectively , to be named among few others.

Zenfone Max sports a 5,000mAh non-removable battery (which is still lower than that of Gionee Marathon M5) , along with  5.5-inch IPS HD display , with resolution of 720x1280 pixels.

Another feature to be noted , regarding battery is that , it also acts as a power bank (sort of) i.e. capable of charging other devices as wll.

Quad-Core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1GHz is what powers this Zenfone Max.

Powered by Android 5.0 based ZenUI 2.0 , it consists of connectivity features like 4G LTE , 3G , GPRS , GPS along with Bluetooth 4.0 and ofcourse Wi-Fi.

Zenfone Max is available in Black and White colors on Flipkart for Pre-order.It will be available on online retail stores starting from January 14th ,  priced at Rs. 9,999 which is quite reasonable when compared to the others.
